1. About Admissionism

Admissionism is an educational simulation platform designed to help students practice and prepare for university applications. All applications, admission decisions, essays, and documents generated on this platform are 100% mock and for practice purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes a real university application, and no information is submitted to any university, institution, or authority on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this platform. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using Admissionism, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or use another person’s account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

4. Credits System

Admissionism uses a virtual credits system to access certain features. Credits are non-refundable once used. Free credits may be earned through platform activities such as daily login, profile completion, and referrals. Purchased credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account. We reserve the right to modify credit costs for features at any time with reasonable notice.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate essays, admission decisions, match scores, and other content. This content is for educational and practice purposes only. It does not represent the views or decisions of any real university. AI-generated essays must not be submitted to real universities or scholarship programs, as doing so may violate academic integrity policies of those institutions. Admissionism accepts no responsibility for consequences arising from misuse of AI-generated content.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit AI-generated essays or documents to real universities as your own work
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform’s systems or data
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits
  • Harass, impersonate, or deceive other users
  • Upload any harmful, offensive, or illegal content

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and data on this platform are the property of Admissionism. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission. User-generated content (such as personal statements you write) remains your own, but by submitting it you grant us a licence to use it to improve our services.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Admission decisions, AI match scores, and probability estimates generated by Admissionism are simulations only and have no bearing on real university admissions outcomes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any university data, scholarship information, or AI output on this platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Admissionism shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
