Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all credit purchases made on Admissionism. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
1. Virtual Credits
Admissionism sells virtual credits that are used to access platform features such as AI matching, essay generation, decision simulation, and the AI Advisor. These credits have no cash value outside the platform and are not redeemable for money.
2. General Refund Policy
All credit purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account, regardless of whether they have been used. This is because digital credits are delivered instantly and cannot be returned.
3. Exceptions — When We Will Refund
We will consider a refund or credit restoration in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure: Credits were deducted but the feature failed to deliver a result due to a platform error (not a user error or network issue)
- Duplicate charge: You were charged twice for the same purchase due to a payment processing error
- Unauthorised transaction: A purchase was made on your account without your authorisation (you must report this within 7 days)
In these cases, we will restore the credits to your account or issue a refund to your original payment method at our discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or credit restoration, email support@admissionism.com with:
- Your registered email address
- The date and amount of the transaction
- A description of the issue
- Any relevant screenshots
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
5. Free Credits
Free credits earned through platform activities (daily login, referrals, profile completion, etc.) have no monetary value and are not refundable or transferable under any circumstances.
6. Account Termination
If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, any remaining credits — whether purchased or earned — will be forfeited with no refund.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
